Arrows Out: Tap Away Puzzle

Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026  ·  com.tapaway.arrowsout

The short version: we do not collect, store, or receive any personal information about you. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics. It does show advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, and AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier to select and measure those ads. Your puzzle progress never leaves your phone.

What changed in version 1.2.0. Earlier versions of this game contained no advertising SDK and shipped without Android's internet permission, and this policy said so. Version 1.2.0 introduces Google AdMob, so the game now requests the INTERNET permission and a third-party SDK is present. This policy has been rewritten to describe that accurately, as the previous version promised it would be before any such release.

1. Who we are

Arrows Out: Tap Away Puzzle ("the game") is developed and published by fystudio (Ameen Pasha M). This policy explains how the game handles information. It applies to the Android app distributed through Google Play under the package name com.tapaway.arrowsout.

For anything in this policy, you can reach us at ameenpasha704@gmail.com.

2. Personal information we collect

None. We operate no servers and receive no data from the game. We do not collect, request, store, or transmit any of the following:

We have no database, no analytics SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK of our own. Nothing you do in the game is reported back to us.

3. Advertising

The game displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, a Google service. Ads appear in two places only:

To select and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect and process:

This processing is carried out by Google, as an independent controller, under its own policies — not by us. We never see this data; we see only aggregate, anonymous earnings and impression totals in the AdMob dashboard, which cannot be linked to any individual. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. Your advertising choices

5. Information stored on your device

The game saves one small progress file in its own private storage area on your phone. It holds only which boards you have completed, the stars recorded for them, your coin balance, and your sound and haptics settings. It contains no personal information, it is never uploaded, and uninstalling the game deletes it.

6. Network access

From version 1.2.0 the game requests the Android INTERNET permission. It is used for exactly one purpose: requesting advertisements and the consent form from Google. No game data, progress, or device information is sent anywhere by us. Google's Mobile Ads SDK also declares the ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permissions, which is standard for that SDK.

With no network connection the game remains fully playable. When an ad cannot be loaded, any reward you asked for is granted anyway — you are never blocked by an ad failing to appear.

7. Children's privacy

The game is suitable for all ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The game is not directed primarily at children and is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. Because advertising in the app uses a device advertising identifier, parents who would prefer no advertising identifier to be available can delete it in Android's ad settings as described in section 4. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will act on it — though in practice there is nothing for us to hold, because we receive nothing.

8. Third parties

Two third parties are involved in the game, and no others:

We do not sell, rent, or share information with anyone, because we hold none.

9. Your rights

Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or erase on request. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws can be exercised against Google in respect of the advertising data it processes; Google's privacy policy explains how. You can remove everything the game has stored locally by uninstalling it or clearing its storage in Android settings.

10. Data retention and security

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Your progress file lives only on your device, inside the app's private storage, protected by Android's application sandbox.

11. Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, this policy will be updated and republished at this same address before the version that changes them is released, and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated to match. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or about privacy in the game can be sent to ameenpasha704@gmail.com, or through the support page. We aim to reply within a few business days.
