Arrows Out: Tap Away Puzzle
The short version: the game is free. Play it as much as you like on your own devices. Coins are just a number in the game and have no cash value. Please do not try to cheat, break, or republish it. We provide it as it is, and we will keep it working as best we can.
These terms are an agreement between you and fystudio (Ameen Pasha M), the
developer of Arrows Out: Tap Away Puzzle ("the game"), package name
com.tapaway.arrowsout. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do
not accept them, please uninstall the game.
Your use of Google Play to obtain the game is additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, which sit alongside these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. That is the whole of the permission granted; everything not expressly granted is reserved.
The game contains virtual items — coins, hints, hearts, and extra time. These are not purchasable with real money; there are no in-app purchases of any kind. They are earned by playing or by choosing to watch an advertisement.
Virtual items have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred out of the game. They exist only as entries in a file on your device. If that file is lost, deleted, or corrupted — for example by uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, or changing device — the items are lost with it, and we cannot restore them because we hold no copy. There is no account and no cloud save.
The game is free and is funded by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional and start only when you choose to watch one. A short full-screen ad may appear between boards. Advertisements are served by Google and their content is not chosen, written, or endorsed by us; how advertising affects your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the game, change how it works, add or remove features, or stop publishing it altogether. We will not do that capriciously, but we cannot promise the game will be available forever or that any particular feature will remain. Updates are delivered through Google Play and may be required for the game to keep functioning correctly.
The game, including its code, puzzle generator, artwork, typography, sounds, and the name "Arrows Out", is owned by fystudio and protected by copyright and other laws. Fonts and any third-party components used in the game remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licences.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that it will run on every device.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fystudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or lost virtual items, arising out of or relating to your use of the game. Because the game is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — without depriving you of any protection afforded by the mandatory law of the country in which you live.
We may revise these terms. The revised version will be published at this address with a new "last updated" date, and continuing to play the game after that constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we will note it in the game's Google Play release notes.
Questions about these terms can be sent to ameenpasha704@gmail.com, or raised through the support page.
