You do not have to send any of this — but if something is going wrong, these four things usually let us find it on the first reply instead of the third:
A screenshot or a short screen recording is worth more than any description, especially for anything visual.
Progress is saved in one file on your device only — there is no account and no cloud save, so uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes it permanently. We hold no copy and unfortunately cannot restore it. Changing phones has the same effect.
The reward is granted when the ad reports that it finished, so closing one early does not pay out. If an ad fails to load at all, the game grants the reward anyway rather than blocking you. If you completed an ad and still received nothing, tell us the board number and roughly when it happened.
Which ads appear is decided entirely by Google AdMob, not by us — we cannot choose, change, or remove individual advertisements. A poor connection usually shows up as ads not appearing; the game stays fully playable in that case, and rewards are granted without an ad.
Not currently. The game is free and has no in-app purchases at all. Rewarded ads are always optional — you only ever see one if you tap to watch it.
Every board in the game is generated by solving it backwards, so a valid solution always exists — the generator cannot produce an unsolvable board. An arrow can only leave if nothing blocks the straight line ahead of it, so the move you need is usually a different arrow first. The hint button will show you one.
On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can opt out of ad personalisation or delete your advertising ID entirely. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game also shows a consent form on first launch. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Tell us the phone model and Android version. The game targets a wide range of devices and we would rather know about a slow one than assume it is fine.
